Flexible Heaters

Heater foils with Kapton (Polyimide) or silicone rubber insulation are very flexible and suitable for a lot of industrial applications. With polyimide insulation we can reach temperatures up to 200 °C and with silicone insulated heaters we can reach temperatures up to 250 °C. We can customize these foils e.g. with thermostats, temperature sensors, temperature fuses or current protection fuses. To get it ready for easy integration into mass production, we can customize the wires and connectors as well. Our production is optimized for higher quantities and we are able to supply you with first customized verification and test samples within short time.
